Day 1-2: Maun to Moremi Game reserve

You will be met at Maun Airport and assisted to your flight to Moremi. The time of the flight is set closer to the date but will allow for your international flight arrival. You may have up to 3 stops at other airstrips with a strict weight and luggage allowance. It is situated in the heart of the world-renowned Moremi Game Reserve. You will experience game drives with unhindered views in specially-designed safari vehicles. When out on game drives, your window seat guarantee ensures no more than four guests per vehicle and individual use of a camera mount. The Moremi Game Reserve is rich in wildlife, and its consistent year-round game viewing makes it ideal for repeat and first-time visitors to Botswana. You can also explore the Okavango Delta waterways by motorboat. The area’s open lagoons and winding channels make it a birder’s paradise, complete with herons and storks in the breeding season overnight at Camp Okuti

Day 3-4: Moremi to the Okavango Delta

Today, you will have a flight with the same conditions to the Okavango Delta and Kanana. It is situated in the Kanana Concession. The focus of activities varies with the rising and falling levels of the Okavango Delta. Activities include morning and afternoon game drives in open safari vehicles, with afternoon game drives often continuing into the evening. When out on game drives your window seat guarantee ensures no more than four guests per vehicle and the individual use of a camera mount. Alternatively, you may explore the crystal-clear waterways by Mokoro or motorboat, and enjoy the magnificent variety of birds, plants and reptile species found in the area. Birding is spectacular with Kanana hosting a seasonal heronry that is one of the largest in Southern Africa, a highlight that converts all visitors to avid ‘twitchers’. Guided bush walks are highly recommended as is fishing for tilapia, African pike and sharp tooth catfish overnight at Kanana Camp

Day 5-6: Okavango Delta to Central Kalahari Game Reserve

Today, you’ll have a flight with the same conditions to Dinaka. It’s situated alongside the Central Kalahari Game Reserve. The focus of activities is exploring the Kalahari with wildlife ranging from giraffes to antelopes, honey badgers, bat-eared foxes and porcupines to predators including the Kalahari lions, cheetahs, leopards and brown hyenas. Activities include morning and afternoon game drives, and night drives heading out into the darkness with hopes of witnessing the nocturnal wildlife happenings. When out on game drives, your window seat guarantee ensures no more than four guests per vehicle and individual use of a camera mount. Educational walks are conducted by San Bushman guides offering you an insight into this ancient culture, their survival techniques and their historical way of life. Birding is particularly spectacular as Dinaka hosts over 200 different bird species including the Kori Bustard and Crimson Breasted Shrike and a high concentration of Pale Chanting Goshawks overnight at Dinaka Camp

Day 7: Kalahari to Maun Airport

Sadly your final day has arrived. You will have a flight with the same conditions to Maun to connect with your international flight departure.
