Later arrive in Murchison falls national park also Ugandas largest well protected wildlife area covering 3,840 Sq km. Move to the top of the Falls to view the natural beauty of these falls. Have an early delicious breakfast, explore the Northern part hosting a high number of Savannah wildlife, this game drive offers great opportunities for photography of elephants, lions, Uganda kobs, buffaloes, giraffes, waterbucks as well as hippos, and in case you are fortunate even the leopards, in addition to a big number of bird species. Following lunch, have for a 2 hour boat-cruise to the bottom of the Murchison falls from where great volumes water escapes through the small gorge forming an immense thunderous roar. During this boat ride you will see several water birds plus mammals in big numbers like Hippos and crocodiles. Head back to the lodge have dinner and overnight at Fort Murchison lodge.

Have a hefty breakfast, depart from the Murchison Falls NP to Queen Elizabeth NP as you drive Southwest through Fort-portal and the Albertine Escarpment of the Western Rift Valley. Have lunch on the way at Mountains of the Moon Hotel found in Fort Portal town. From here continue to Mweya peninsula found in the Queen Elizabeth national park. Have breakfast and set out for a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel for wonder game viewing and bird watching, head back to the lodge for your lunch and then continue to the Kyambura Gorge to track chimpanzees. If you are still on time you can go for a forest walk in Mara magambo forest to explore the bat cave as you look for pythons that feed on these bats. Dine and overnight at Bush lodge.

On this day have an early breakfast and drive to Bwindi impenetrable Forest via Ishasha region in the southern part of Queen Elizabeth to see tree-climbing lions that are prevalent in this area. After breakfast proceed to the park headquarter to be briefed about the gorilla tracking before going into the verdant forest lead by the rangers. In case you are fortunate, it makes take you about 2 hours or even less to see amazing Bwindi giants. The experience of coming face to face with these peaceful primates is very overwhelming. Head back to the lodge where you will have lunch after tracking the gorillas and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. The drive will be through a beautiful part of the country often referred to as ‘the Switzerland of Africa’ because of its unique cool weather despite being near the Equator. This lake is said to be one of the most beautiful places in western Uganda. It is the second deepest lake in Africa [900 meters deep] and also one of the few places in the country where it is considered safe to swim as it is bilharzias free.
